Admission to the CISL

Admission from CP to Terminale

Validation of a student's enrolment file is
subject to completion of the application and payment of the registration fee.

The following three (03) parts are supplied by Canadian International School of Lomé (CISL)

Drawing up an application form

A legalized photocopy of the extract or birth certificate

CEPD/BEPC certificate and transcript of marks for entry to collège and lycée (for students coming from the Togolese programme)

A medical certificate less than three (03) months old stating that the pupil is fit to live in a community,

A photocopy of your health or vaccination record, or a vaccination certificate if you don't have one

Four (04) recent identity photographs of the same print.

A photocopy of the termly or half-yearly report cards for the previous and current year for secondary school pupils and the school record booklet for primary school pupils.

A school leaving certificate.

To pre-register, you must pay the ancillary fees of 45,000 FCFA for all levels (nursery to final year).

Are transcripts compulsory?

All students are required to submit a photocopy of their previous transcripts.

What if my files are incomplete?

Incomplete and/or incorrectly completed applications will be rejected.
However, we will assist you in the process of setting these up.

What are the drop-off times?

The secretariat remains open every day from Monday to Friday from 07.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m..

How much is the first registration fee?

Initial registration fee are set at CFAF 75,000 for all classes (Nursery to Year 12). These fees are not deductible from tuition fees and are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal.

What are the ancillary costs?

To pre-register, you must pay a fee of CFAF 45,000 for all levels (nursery to final year).

These costs are not reimbursed in the event of defection after 1^er September 2023.

If you give up before 1^er September 2023, re-enrolment fees will be reimbursed upon written request from the person legally responsible, sent to the Managing Director by 31 August 2023 at the latest. After this date, no reimbursement will be made, except in cases of force majeure.

What if the parents are not in order?

A family that is not in order with CISL's accounts must regularise its situation before re-registering its children.
