Welcome to the CISL Cultural Day, a vibrant celebration of the diversity that makes up our educational community. By morning, our students had unveiled colourful stalls, displaying traditions, dishes and artefacts from their countries of origin. Music and dance echoed through the corridors, taking our audience on an aural and visual journey around the world. In our classrooms, pupils took part in interactive workshops to discover new languages, folk dances and exotic flavours. This cultural day reminds us of the richness of our diversity and reinforces our commitment to inclusion and mutual understanding.

Music also played an essential role throughout the day. Our talented group of students performed with a variety of instruments and musical styles, taking our audience on a global sound journey. Dance was not left out, with demonstrations of traditional and contemporary dances that left everyone in awe.

In the classroom, our teachers organised interactive workshops where pupils were able to discover new languages, learn folk dances and even take part in international food tasting sessions. These activities helped to strengthen links between the pupils and promote intercultural understanding.
